First, let me explain where „Locht“ comes from. Locht is a combination of two words Loch ( german for „the hole“) and Loft. Since our maisonette apartment is just 66sqm it’s more the size of a hole than that of a big loft. The interior of our habitat is more like a loft.

But the way to our dream home was long. We tried out our first ideas and at a point in time realized that some of our decisions needed optimization.
